Another day, another update from Ted to keep me abreast of the remarkably efficient progress that Ben Wood’s team at Ultimate Finish has been making since our Friendship 40 arrived overland from San Diego a little over a month ago.

At this stage it looks like all of the teak decking seams been routered out to remove all of the deteriorating compound. The deck seams have been squared and cleaned up, and the entire teak deck (except for the cockpit) has been prepped (with blue tape) to begin installation of new seam compound.
Although Ted didn’t mention it in today’s update, I can see that additional progress is being made with revarnishing as well. (Yellow tape is masking off the varnish work.)
